ELOoffice is a program to organize digitized documents. It allows you to scan printed documents and store them in any format, using a file management system with archives, folders, and registers. This way you will be able to find what you are looking for in a simple and fast way.

ELOoffice will allow you to mass scan documents such as invoices or delivery notes. If documents include a barcode, the program can use that information to archive them automatically into the right folders. Besides, the OCR engine included in the program will recognize the text in all your documents and will let you search for any string of data in your archives just by using the right keyword.

The use of ELOoffice will help you decrease the paper flow in your office, since you can store your documents digitally and send them to your co-workers or clients through e-mail. The program allows you to include annotations or stamps into the documents, and all that information will become also a part of the stored document.

You can also share the documents by saving them into a PDF format, or by preparing a data DVD that can then be burnt and shared with others. Note that this demo version will allow you to store up to 200 documents.
